2023 marks the 100th anniversary of Babken Chookaszyan, a prominent Armenian scholar, orientalist, deputy director of the Matenadaran (1965-1994).
In honor of this occasion, an international medieval conference will be held at the Matenadaran on November 17-18, 2023.
The thematic areas of the conference are:
The working languages of the conference are Armenian, English, French, and Russian.
Participants will be allocated 15-20 minutes for their presentations.
