The ASOF Seismic Security Task Force, after its initial meeting with the leadership of the Urban Development Committee (UDC) in December, has been working closely with newly established subcommittees to address key challenges across four main areas: seismic retrofitting, building plan approval, inspection and construction supervision, and education and licensing. These efforts are designed to improve seismic safety in Armenia and build long-term resilience.
