Abstract

We present a proposal to establish an international center of advanced studies, focusing on physical sciences and nanotechnology. The center builds upon Armenia’s rich tradition in theoretical physics and astrophysics, and extends it to include quantum technologies, including nanotechnology, experimental nuclear physics, and experimental particle physics. Each direction has its own challenges and opportunities, and the model adapts the center’s operations accordingly, leveraging whenever necessary international collaborations, specially in experimental sciences.
